I just bought a 2013 Hyundai Tucson from Morrie's and had the absolute pleasure of working with Josh Branham. Although I was pretty convinced as to the vehicle I wanted to purchase when I walked in, Josh took me through the entire process and together we accomplished the goal. I wasn't sure I'd make the purchase the day I first walked into Morrie's, but after working with Josh for awhile, and taking the Tucson for a test drive I was convinced to buy. Josh showed me and demonstrated every conceivable gizmo and option on the vehicle, He did so with lots of humor and a bundle of patience. In all, Josh worked with me for nearly 5 hours, and during all that time he did so with a smile on his face. Josh was both attentive and patient. Josh also worked with me and Chad to get a great trade-in price for my 16 year old Ford Ranger. Then, Josh also worked closely with me and Brittany to set up the sale, financing, and warranties. The paperwork was done quickly and painlessly. Overall my experience as a first time "Morrie's" customer was outstanding. Lastly, Morrie's delivered my new Tucson with a full tank of gas, transferred plates, and a car wash. Josh helped me transfer my belongings from my old Ranger to the new Tucson. He even helped me set up Bluetooth and sync my Android phone to the Tucson. The whole process was friendly, efficient, thorough, and definitely went beyond my expectations. I'm a Morrie's fan now, I love their way of doing business. Josh Branham definitely made the purchase process a pleasure! More

She has the gift of making me feel I was the only client she has by her personable interaction with me. I can tell she is that way with everyone and we all walk away feeling like we are important clients, but never at the expense of someone else. She showed me all the cool features of my new car. I didn't feel hurried or rushed. I met with Brittany who thoroughly and succinctly explained the warranty offerings of Hyundai. She was articulate and easy to understand the benefits. She was prepared and knowledgeable and made the signing of the paperwork easy to understand and pleasant to conduct business. I met with another gentleman who did a great job showing and explaining the fabulous protective products Morrie's has to offer. I met with Dave who talked about the value of my trade-in. He offered a fair price. Overall: The experience was TOP OF THE LINE. This is the second Hyundai I purchased and from Morrie's. My first Hyundai Elantra was purchased when they were located in Brooklyn Park. If you want a warm, professional, excellent all around experience buying a fantastic car. This was absolutely a GREAT buying experience. Morries 394 Hyundai is truly a PROFESSIONAL organization. I was dealt with honestly in the whole buying process. EVERYONE from Sales, Financing, Licensing 394 Hyundai is truly a PROFESSIONAL organization. I was dealt with honestly in the whole buying process. EVERYONE from Sales, Financing, Licensing and Service have ALL SUPER to work with. I bought a new Hyundai Genesis, sight unseen, and never set foot in the dealership. I live almost 900 miles away, and everything was done by phone, e-mail, or UPS. When I start looking for my next car, I will look to Morries first. More
I researched the Hyundai Elantra Touring for over 11 months. I wanted a vehicle under $20,000, at least 30 miles per gallon, with a roof rack. Morrie's 394 Hyundai had the perfect car. My salesperson Huxley Belizaire was prompt in responding to my interest. Met me at the dealership to show me the car. Assisted me in a very easy negotiating process and delivered the perfect car at the right price. Cross rails were part of my deal but were not available at the time of delivery, so Huxley came into work on his day off, picked up the rails, and delivered them to my place of employment. From start to finish Morrie's provided a positive buying experience including Mike Parisian the finance director who arranged my paperwork and finance arrangements. I love my car and look forward to visiting Morrie's for my "buy happy" free oil changes. Thanks Huxley for making my first trip to Morrie's a good one! More

Rob met us at the door, listened to exactly what we wanted, and took us right to the car that fit our parameters. After a test drive, we decided to buy it. It was the first car I test drove. I thought it would take me several Saturdays to test drive the Altima, Camry and Sonata, the three cars I had narrowed down to in my search. But everything came together perfectly with the sonata I test drove and ultimately drove home. But I felt very comfortable with Robert, the dealership and the location for future work and Maintenance I'll require. There is two things to note on the Customer Service rating -- Rob I give a "5" rating to, no question. But the financing experience was disappointing for two reasons. 1. It took over 2 hours from the time I said "I'll take it" to signing on the bottom line. Maybe the department was very busy, maybe the loan people were slow in getting back to the finance person at Morrie's -- I don't know. But it took waaay longer than when my son and I went to buy him a Jetta last October at Rudy Luther's on Hwy 100. We were in and out there so fast I couldn't believe it. 2. The hard sell on the rustproofing and finishing add-ons. I should have known it was coming when the pre-sell started on the showroom floor before I went in to sign the purchase documents. I had to say NO over and over. The documents had to be reprinted 3 times because the monthly payment amount kept including the add on's. Once the multiple levels have been thoroughly explained, and then rejected, it's time to move on. Since it's the last person you see before driving off in your car, Morrie's should think carefully about that experience should go. This overall experience goes to a 5 with a different Finance experience. thank you. More

I found Adam great to work with in chosing the car in November. Very personable and friendly and normal! Chad was tough but that's his job! We nicknamed him the "clipper"! The service dept has always been good...helpful and truthful. Yesterday I brought in our new used car for service. We are enjoying the car immensely. The service dept as usual was great---Jesse was my point man. I had quite a laundry list of small items to fix and they addressed them all. Because of the "Buy Happy" warranty, all the fixes were covered. I love paying nothing!! The only problem I have encountered is the small stain or gum-spot on the passenger side mat...we didn't mention it on the day of purchase thinking the other person had mentioned it...my perfectionist boyfriend is driven nuts by the stain! Although we wanted the dealership to replace the mats, they are offering to clean them again to see if that helps. It truly is the only problem I have encountered. So thanks to the staff of Morrie's Hyundai for a great experience buying and servicing my/our car! More
