Morrie's 394 Hyundai responded

Dan, you do receive 4 oil changes as part of Hyundai's oil change program for 3 years but that's only on a new vehicle. You purchased a pre owned vehicle which does not qualify. All of our guests get offered to purchase an oil change program when in the business office, which you declined to do so.
