My car was broken into because it's a an accent. The only way I could get the new software put in was to schedule for an oil change, which I didn't really need. Andrew Lynch was - and is - fantastic in our initial meeting/test-driving, working with us as we waited for our car to arrive (approx. 2 months), explaining new car features (he spent over an hour and a meeting/test-driving, working with us as we waited for our car to arrive (approx. 2 months), explaining new car features (he spent over an hour and a half sitting with us in the car going over functions after our purchase!), and recently still interacting with us regularly after the sale took place two weeks ago. Awesome support! Andrew is committed to making sure we are satisfied and also knowledgeable in what options and/or other considerations were involved in our vehicle choice and purchase. Other people at the dealership (i.e. Jim/Sales, Matt/Finance, Gerardo/Manager, Kevin/Numbers) were also friendly as I visited the dealership several times. Would I buy another car from Andrew and/or the folks at Morrie? Yes. On a larger corporate scale, I recommend Hyundai develop a Web-Page on their main website where a user (i.e. one who has a valid deposit on a vehicle being assembled/at port/in transit) can simply type in the VIN with a password and receive a delivery status update.
