I have always been very satisfied with my service there. This time it did end up well, but I was recommended to have my ball joints replaced, & came in for he service repair. It would take about 4 hrs. so This time it did end up well, but I was recommended to have my ball joints replaced, & came in for he service repair. It would take about 4 hrs. so they gave me a loaner to use. 1 1/2 hrs. later they called me and said that my vehicle didn’t need the ball joints done, & that I can bring the loaner back, & pick up my car. It was nice it didn’t need the repair to save on money, but I did take a few hours off of work for the appointment. I wish I wasn’t informed in the first place to have the repair, when it really didn’t need it, but it did end up that I didn’t have to pay anything, which I was happy about. More
