My husband needed to intervene and only then did they move up the scheduled appointment. I had my car in a few months earlier for the same problem and had the same difficulty in scheduling. Jenna gave me her direct phone number and recommended that I call her number when the problem resurfaced so they could get the car in sooner and see the problems. But despite me trying to call Jenna and leaving messages, the messages were not returned. More

They were prompt in getting my car in and very honest about how much time it would take to get it done about how much time it would take to get it done More
New facilities look good. Cost of the service has gone up without any extra service. Cleaning of the car was not up to the mark expected. Cost of the service has gone up without any extra service. Cleaning of the car was not up to the mark expected. More
They were going to charge me a ridiculous sum of money to "diagnose" a problem with my car, which was that the mirror needed to be replaced. I would understand a $150 disgnostic fee for figuring out a proble "diagnose" a problem with my car, which was that the mirror needed to be replaced. I would understand a $150 disgnostic fee for figuring out a problem with my engine, or something with one of the computers built into the car, but it only takes a second to look at a mirror that needs repair to go "yep, that's broken." Thankfully they waived the fee since it was an obvious fix, but making me agree to spend that $150 was insane. I was told the repair would take a few days, it turned into three weeks. They provided a nice loaner vehicle for me to use while they kept my car on their lot for that time, which I don't understand why they needed to keep my car but okay. Communication wasn't very strong, I had to keep calling to find out the status of the repair and half the time they didn't seem to know what was going on. My point of contact was nice though! More
I bought a certified used car and part of the purchase agreement was to replace damaged driving light. Even with it in writing, service department said they couldn’t replace because it because it had no agreement was to replace damaged driving light. Even with it in writing, service department said they couldn’t replace because it because it had no moisture in it at the time. They eventually replaced it after I got a car sales manager involved. Should not have been this difficult. More
