Preston told me that I didn't have anymore free oil changes on my 2022 Palisade. I informed him that I did, up to 36,000 miles, which my vehicle was under. Also, I asked him for full synthetic, but m changes on my 2022 Palisade. I informed him that I did, up to 36,000 miles, which my vehicle was under. Also, I asked him for full synthetic, but my receipt said Conventional Oil. After leaving the dealership, looked at my receipt and returned back. I asked him why they changed oil with conventional, he stated that the invoice paperwork was mistaken. He also said that my oil cap should say synthetic only, I returned home, checked my oil cap, and it does not say so. I believe that I received conventional oil. Not happy about that. More
