Preston told me that I didn't have anymore free oil changes on my 2022 Palisade. I informed him that I did, up to 36,000 miles, which my vehicle was under. I asked him why they changed oil with conventional, he stated that the invoice paperwork was mistaken. He also said that my oil cap should say synthetic only, I returned home, checked my oil cap, and it does not say so. I believe that I received conventional oil. Not happy about that. More

It took over 4 hours for the purchase of my vehicle. After I test drove the car, I decided in a matter of minutes that I wanted to purchase the car with CASH. I then had to sit around for over 3 hours waiting for one of two finance people so that I could write a check. We were told 45 minutes so we didn't go out for dinner. As time passed, I grew hungrier and hungrier and no one could give me an accurate time estimate. If I hadn't wanted the car so much, I would have left. But, it was a good used car and sometimes those are hard to find. More

Sold used car with winter tires and one key and did not disclose. Kept trying to sell a windshield protectant and inflated the registration costs to try and bury the windshield fee in there.
