From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right Hyundai EV-model. I settled with the Ioniq 6, almost immediately. It has already been about 2 months since I bought it, and I could not be happier with my decision. Tim answered all my questions with patience and clarity, walked me through every feature of the Ioniq 6, and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left the lot. There was zero pressure, just honest guidance and a clear commitment to excellent customer service. The process was also very efficient and straightforward: I test-drove the car, took one day to think about it, returned the next day and bought the car in less than 2 hours. Tim made, what in my experience had been a stressful process, smooth, enjoyable, and exciting. I am also pleased with the prize I got. Tim's colleagues were also very helpful. Sales experience was fantastic. Service experience- unfortunately had multiple- was very frustrating. The service center is polite and the intake process went well. However, they were 45 minutes late from their estimate.
