Very sketchy service! And don’t stand by their work. Brought a 2017 Audi in for routine service about two weeks ago. Car was in good shape and all electronics were working. Dishonest in that you bring a car in for something and they will tack on unnecessary extra parts and labor. Then they’ll add an extra charge for shop towels and cleaning the tools.
