I have never left a review for a dealership before, but after our experience today I felt compelled to. We spoke to a sales associated 4 months ago and ordered a kia k5 GT under the impression the monthly after our experience today I felt compelled to. We spoke to a sales associated 4 months ago and ordered a kia k5 GT under the impression the monthly cost would be with in a certain price point and one that we knew fit within our budget. It was important to us that we did not waste our time or the dealers by ordering a vehicle we had no intention of purchasing. After 4 months and several phone calls we went in to pick up our vehicle and sign the deal only to find the price to be $200 more a month than what we had discussed. In fact, to lease the vehicle they were asking us to pay off 2/3's of the vehicles msrp in a 3 year lease...I've never heard of anyone doing that...ever! We eneded up walking away feeling frustrated, disappointed, and a bit used. The sales associate that we met with originally no longer worked for the dealership, so she wasn't there to speak to. We were even told she may no longer work for the dealership because of situations like this! So frustrating to know that Moritz won't honor what their sales associates say! We were so excited to get into a kia, but after this I'm not sure we will ever buy or lease from any kia! Guess Toyota will be getting our business. More
