Since I can't talk during the workday on the phone Greg accommodated me via text to establish communication with me about the car I was looking for. He listened to what I wanted, which is rare in this business, and when I told him we would meet on Monday he did not bother or send messages over the weekend. I came in as we agreed and he took care and negotiated the price in a way that made me think he wanted to do a fair deal. I got the car I was looking for and got a good deal with it. I'd recommend Greg any day. One opportunity I see for the sales process is to either know all the possible numbers ahead or have an instant message on the computer with a manager so there wouldn't have to be so much of a back and forth. To the manager's credit he came out to meet me and thank me for my business. More
