My parking proximity sensor somehow got pushed inside the bumper. I called the service department and spoke with Paul Egerton. On the day of appointment I dropped off the car with Paul, explained a few other issues that I had, and headed out to run some errands. A few hours later I got a call from Paul. I figured he was going to tell me how much the service will cost, but turns out that it was covered under the warranty, and my vehicle was ready to be picked up! He sent an Uber for me, and upon getting to the dealership I was presented with a fully serviced vehicle that was also clean. During this entire process I felt like my input was listened to, nothing I said was dismissed, everything was explained to a point that I was able to understand, but I never felt like anyone was talking down to me.
