Unhelpful, to say the least. My family has been dealing with an issue with a 2010 dodge caliber for several months now. Basically, the issue is when we start the car and the air k My family has been dealing with an issue with a 2010 dodge caliber for several months now. Basically, the issue is when we start the car and the air kicks on it dies. We took it in and had to fight to even get a rental for 3 days. After picking the Caliber up after those 3 days we were told the issue we brought it in for could not be duplicated. Fine, but then fast forward 2 weeks of leaving voice mails that were never returned and we are back at the shop for the same problem. This time the manager, Rick, greets us and we get the car to do the issue in front of him and he sends us off in a loaner, assuring it would be taken care of. We left that day feeling confident that our car was on it's way to being fixed. Instead, lets fast forward another 2 weeks. We get a call from the original shop guy, Nick, stating they can't figure it out and to keep looking it "just has to happen more" and we need to bring the loaner back - oh and by the way, how many miles are on it? Because that's the main concern. Instead of worrying about our needs as a customer, you are worried about keeping your loaner car in "NEW" status for sale. To top this whole experience off our car was on empty when we picked it up, so thanks for that. Here we are now, 2 weeks after that, and the Caliber has died EVERY DAY at the very least once, if not more, and we don't know what to do. You guys do not know how to take care of your customers. The car died as I was backing out of my child's preschool, so please tell me what is "enough" for me to be able to feel safe in the car that you sold me? More

Best Experience By Far. Have been looking for a jeep for about 2 months, when yesterday I told myself to give up and didn't need one and should hold on. Woke up, dad told me there was a Willy's Wheeler for sale in Ft Worth. for $XX,XXX -- called because I said what the hell, one more couldn't hurt. After negotiating and talking, finally made a deal and arrangements on a new Jeep Wrangler Willy's Wheeler edition. And I couldn't be happier as I was willing to settle for a Sport or Sport S -- Matt Armour is the man to talk to, he helped me and my family the best he could. And that's all I ask for. There was no haggling and persuasion. He said it like how it was, blunt but respectfully. Moritz is the friendliest Jeep Dealership in the metroplex that me and my father have dealt with so far -- a 10/10 experience. Matt Armour is one of the nicest and most respectful sales man I've come across in general in this entire DFW area. He just wants to help you, and that's what he did for us. There was no play with numbers, I didn't feel pressured or my arm being twisted. Overall, there was no BS and that's how it should be. - 10/10 for Moritz Chrysler dealership - 10/10 for Matt Armour - 10/10 for our finance guy, whom I forgot his name although he was a very funny and welcoming fellow. The service department that does not understand service This is my second experience with Moritz Chrysler. Both were bad but this one is nuts. My check engine light came on so I called for an appointmen This is my second experience with Moritz Chrysler. Both were bad but this one is nuts. My check engine light came on so I called for an appointment. The service writer said no appointments are being given because they are two to three days behind in service. If I want my car fixed, they want me to bring it over and leave it for a few days. The service writer said they are not giving appointments, the first deliver your car and we will fix it in the order it was delivered is their method. Seriously, I asked twice to be sure I understood. Bring my car, leave it a few days and they will fix it when they feel like it.. No appointments available even for a week from now. What a terrrible way to run a business. More
Dreams do come true. I had visited several dealership looking for my Yellow Jeep. I had a very strict budget that I had to stick to. I was in talks with one dealership for several weeks trying to get the payment I needed. The only way we could get there was to order one taking off several of the options I really wanted. I was just about to sign the dotted line and decided to go to lunch and think it over. I just knew I wouldn't be happy with that one. It wasn't mine. I have dreamed about my Yellow Jeep for over 30 years. After spending another weekend looking and talking to dealerships, we stopped at Moritz on our way home. I was disappointed again when the only Yellow Jeep had just been sold. My salesman Sterling asked me what I wanted. I gave him some very specific details. Well he tracked one down and said he could have it there the next day. Not only did they not have to take anything off, but they added a detail at no cost to me, just to make sure I found my Yellow Jeep! Don't wonder all over town looking for the right deal. Moritz has it. Their motto is true they have Integrity, transparency and trust. Thank you for making my dream come true. More
