Easiest, quickest, and least aggravating car buying process we’ve ever experienced. Richard was such a breath of fresh air for a “car salesman.” Second car buying from this dealership. Will continue to process we’ve ever experienced. Richard was such a breath of fresh air for a “car salesman.” Second car buying from this dealership. Thomas was very helpful and answered all my questions and when I bought the vehicle went through all the features with me so I could understand how they all worked. when I bought the vehicle went through all the features with me so I could understand how they all worked. More
This weekend I scheduled a Monday morning 7 am service appt. to get an oil change & brake pads inspection. To make a long story short I dropped my Silverado off at 7 am and I'm the third vehicle in line appt. to get an oil change & brake pads inspection. To make a long story short I dropped my Silverado off at 7 am and I'm the third vehicle in line and 6 hrs. later, it's now after 1 pm and my truck hasn't been serviced. So I called my service advisor and asked why? I was told apparently the tech that does brakes was stuck on another job and he would inspect my brakes when finished. 1st thought "There's only 1 tech that does brakes in the entire service center." So I informed the advisor that I scheduled the earliest appt. available not have my vehicle sitting for 6 hrs. So I then tell the advisor over the phone that I no longer want the service and I'll be at dealership to pickup vehicle in 15 min. I arrive and I'm immediately handed a bill for an oil change/ tire rotation with no apology, no explanation. So I immediately seek to speak with another advisor and as I'm walking through the service bay I pass at least 6 service techs with birthday cake in their hands walking past me head back to the service area, no tools just buttercream cake. I final get the opportunity to speak with another advisor and he states my original advisor Maddie was new and put the wrong code in the computer, a service code they not longer use so that's why my brake inspection wasn't performed. He then said sorry, talked to the new advisor about the mistake and sent me on my merry way. He also made a point to clarify to me that my 7 am appt. is to see a service advisor only and not an actual service appt. for the vehicle itself. I paid for my oil change only to realize my truck was not out front so I had to ask an advisor where was my vehicle and handed my keys over so they could retrieve my unwashed truck from the service bay where it was sitting for the last 6 hours. On previous occasions that I've used this service center they have provided a complimentary car wash with my oil change, but not this time on a sunny 80 degree day. This is unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend Moritz Service Center to my worst enemy. They have no clue what quality customer service is and they are over priced. To think I actually bought my Silverado from this dealership but this is the last dollar I'll ever spend with this establishment. Soon as I get home I'm removing that Moritz decal off my vehicle because I don't want any affiliation with an establishment who's willing to waste a loyal customer's valuable time & money. Hope they enjoyed the last $83.86 donation for the customer service I didn't receive. Thank for nothing, M. Mack More
My sales consultant, Danny Mccune, was awesome. He help in every way possible, making this by far my easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. He help in every way possible, making this by far my easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. More
