Horrible service. Went to go pick up a new car all paperwork and towing hitch were supposed to all be ready. We were supposed to walk in sign and walk out. Upon arrivi Went to go pick up a new car all paperwork and towing hitch were supposed to all be ready. We were supposed to walk in sign and walk out. Upon arriving the sale had never check on the car to see if it had been cleaned or hitch installed. He called back to service and the hitch had not been installed nor had it been cleaned. We were clear during our previous conversation that we did had time to wait and everything needed to be ready the salesman promised it would. When we told him that we didn’t have time and that the car should have been ready he acted like it wasn’t his problem and then started proceeding to give us and attitude so we got up and walk out after already having financing set.
