Great Buying Experience I had a great buying experience at this dealership and with the sales person Patie Schoonover in particular. She helped me find a car with a very spec I had a great buying experience at this dealership and with the sales person Patie Schoonover in particular. She helped me find a car with a very specific set of options and the dealership had it transferred to their location. During transit the car was damaged (small rock chip in the hood) and the dealership took care of it and made it right with no questions asked, and provided a loaner car while the car was in the body shop. Patie was communicative during this entire process, and made sure I was aware of the progress as the repair took place. The car also came with the wrong floor mats and again Patie and this dealership (I cannot remember the managers name) took care of it with no questions asked. I felt like I got a decent price on a brand new model year vehicle, and the financing at this dealership actually beat my credit union which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer support, all the way from the loaner dept, finance dept, sales manager, and especially form my salesperson Patie. Hopefully my service experience at this location will be as painless and pleasant as my buying experience. More
