I fell in love with the car and was totally surprised because I’ve NEVER shopped at a Chevy dealership before. I’ve dreamt of a Tahoe for years but once I looked inside, the space wasn’t enough for us. We test drive the newly designed Traverse and fell in love. Ed listened and we had such a great time with him. We came back the next day to have our trade-in evaluated and started the process. Ed was key in us moving forward. We never thought it was possible but we got the deal we needed and then explained all about the bells and whistles of our new SUV. we had an awesome experience.
