They fix but unorganized I took my truck in for a power steer problem. They said they'd call at the end of the day to let me know the status. I ended up calling them and i was I took my truck in for a power steer problem. They said they'd call at the end of the day to let me know the status. I ended up calling them and i was told the guy that helped me was gone for today. I left a message and still the next day didn't receive a call. I later received a call but they called the wrong person and stil didn't have an answer about my vehicle. As the day neared it's end i was told it was good for pick up. Just need to be more organized. They fixed my issue so I'm thankful. More

Always a great experience I brought my truck in on a Friday afternoon for an A/C problem and a radiator problem. My service consultant (Ryan Byars) told me that they would not I brought my truck in on a Friday afternoon for an A/C problem and a radiator problem. My service consultant (Ryan Byars) told me that they would not be able to get to my truck until Monday morning and suggested I turn it in then. His rational was that I would have the use of it over the weekend if I needed it. So I took it home and brought it back Monday morning. (I did use it on Sunday too) He said some of the parts would need to be ordered and it would probably not be done until Friday. I was ok with that. To my surprise he called me Wed night and told me it would be ready Thursday morning instead of Fri. Said the parts came in quicker than expected. I picked it up Thursday morning and it is working perfectly. Thank you Ryan and Moritz Chevrolet for another great experience. More

Did not complete multipoint check honestly My ac did not seem to be cooling very well, so i decided to check the cabin air filter although i had just taken in my suv the day before and the tec My ac did not seem to be cooling very well, so i decided to check the cabin air filter although i had just taken in my suv the day before and the technicians said everything was good...my white filter was filthy! So i changed it and then began checking other items. I ended up changing the engine filter too and having to buy a jug of wiper fluid because it was empty, a screw that holds my engine filter is also stripped. This is the 2nd time i have had a bad experience in this last year or so. Used to trust my vehicles with Moritz....now not so much. More
