Dealership has went down hill I have purchased twice from this dealership. The first time in 2015 I had a great experience with them. The second in 2018 was a nightmare. The main reason for this is that the sales manager has changed from a very nice man named Steve to that xxxxxx bag Rodney Sailors. I found a crack on my windshield after purchase that had been missed in the final inspection before take home, when I alerted the sales person he said he would have the windshield replaced. Well two weeks later they only did a crappy repair job on it and when I addressed this with the sales manager he gets very combative and starts asking if I filled out their “survey”. When I said that I did he looks it up and begins to belittle me for not giving them high ratings. He then basically tells me that he doesn’t help out people who give them bad reviews! So in a nut shell don’t buy a car here. I have traded cars many times in my life and dealt with many different sales people and managers and this is the only one I have ever came across that would litterly attack customers like a mad dog and hold the customer survey over there head as a bargaining tool! This man has no ethics! More

Might recommend, not sure We made a deal over the internet that included a lifetime warranty and some other add-ons. When we got there they had missed one of the add-ons and I had to prove it was part of the deal and then the lifetime warranty was only if we brought the car to that dealer to get it fixed. The other lifetime warranty that we looked at was any dealer in the country. So that was my fault for not getting those details up front. Regardless that was a little disappointing. We were also told we would be in an out of the dealer in 30 minutes or so.. All the paperwork would be ready when we got there. Three hours later we left. Nothing was ready for us except the car. They had to do all the paperwork and the finance guy was a bit odd. Anyway, in the end we got a fair deal, but the service was lacking. More

When I contacted the owner he was extremely immature and yelled ,"contact your attorney "&hung up on me. I am not sure of our next step but I am ready to return the car ,if possible. Beware!! This has to be illegal. It is a nightmare experience. I will never buy there ,ever!! More

Alot has changed in those 15 months and I was in need of a Mini Van do to family  growth so we looked at a 2018 Sienna for $36,000. I Knew I would definitely be up side down with this car but I have really good credit .I needed to keep payments close to what I had been paying. I didn't think it would be that big of a deal but after spending over 3plus hours, they didn't seem to really to want to get me to a payment tat was workable without like $10,000.00 down...you know like pocket change just laying around. I ended up just saying No ..This was on  Friday. The very Next Day My wife went to Morganton  Honda and looked at a 2018 Honda Odyssey for $36,000 told the salesman what we were looking to do. He gave her the keys asked her to drive it and pick me up. I liked the van and it had everything the Sienna had pretty much Identical features. We went back to the Dealership and in a little over 2 hrs they had done what Toyota couldn't do... Put me in the Vechicle we needed for close to the payment I had been making. These guys where awesome and did everthing they could to help. More
