1 Review of Morgan McClure Chevrolet GMC
I brought my 2015 Impala to the shop for brake lights staying on and cruise control issues. On the first visit, the service tech installed a brake light switch based on my suggestion. The car seemed fixe staying on and cruise control issues. On the first visit, the service tech installed a brake light switch based on my suggestion. The car seemed fixed at that time. Later the same day, I called because the same symptoms returned. The dealership scheduled a second appointment about two weeks later. At that visit, they replaced the connector at the brake light switch and charged $130 for 1 hour of labor. They removed a $6 miscellaneous charge after I asked about it, but the bulk of the labor charge remained. While the staff was polite and the repair ultimately fixed the issue, I was frustrated that I was charged for labor on a problem that was directly related to the first repair. I would advise future customers to clarify billing policies for follow-up work, especially when the issue is the same as a previous repair. More
