They have a lady working there named June who has been giving us the runaround for 3 weeks now. She a piece of xxxx and shouldn’t be working there. My daughter AC been out in her car for 3 weeks now and s giving us the runaround for 3 weeks now. She a piece of xxxx and shouldn’t be working there. The car is still under warranty and the parts is covered and she keeps sending my daughter to other dealerships to have the repairs done. I will never purchase another car from this place as long as she’s there and I will let my family and friends know also about the service. More

They treat you great until the purchase process is over. Then it becomes a nightmare to deal with thier service department. I have to bring my truck to another Toyota dealership to have repairs made. I have called for 4 weeks for Service to call my insurance for repairs to my left rear tire bearings. No one will return my calls. The voice mail is always full. Just know you will be so disgusted with this dealership, it will make you forget your religion. Unless you speak to Mr. Madise, he will refer you to 1-800-Jesus, to get someone there, that will get something done. They had a Ford dealership there. Guess it folded and screwed many customers, that must have them do repairs, thats warranty covered. Believe me when I say... It's a real xxxx show!!! More
