Was considering a late model CR-V, with the possibility of purchasing new. My experience with salesperson, Dey, led me to buy new. Likewise Mike DeSantis in getting me a better finance rate than the one I walked in with from my bank. Fred Dunning called me when he learned from Dey that I wanted tires changed out on a brand new vehicle. For a reasonable fee, he made certain the car left the lot with the tires I feel most comforatble with, which I greatly appreciated. Sales manager Mark Nesheiwat made appearances during the transaction to make sure we were satisfied with the process and our purchase. Overall, a very pleasant experience at this dealership with the impression the staff at Morehead is interested in the buyers complete satisfaction. He was a very knowledgable salesman who not only answered each and every one of my questions, he also delivered the very best price and made Loving. For the record, I've bought at least a dozen new cars in my life and he is the best salesman by far that ive dealt with. Just as outstanding was Chris Foster of the Service Department. He has been, hands down, the best service representative i have worked with of any dealership. He does not try to sell you services that you do not need or want, rather, simply advises you when you are due for new services and why they are necessary, educating the consumer as opposed to simply selling the service to each customer. Most importantly about Chris, he puts a priority for looking out for the consumer. For example, recently i have had engine troubles due to recall issues and Chris went out of his way to ensure that the car warranty would cover any items required to repair it. This is the type of service that the consumer appreciates when they know that their property is looked after as if it were Chris's own.
