Met and worked with Russ Peck to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. Russ did a very good job explaining functions of the vehicle and options. I just want to Thank Russ Peck for all the time he spend with my wife and I during our visit at Morehead Honda. He took us out for a test drive and explain the features and benefits of 2013 Honda Civic whic with my wife and I during our visit at Morehead Honda. I brought my vehicle in for a 5,000 mi oil, filter, and tire rotation on 5/14/13 as I have been doing right along. I'm a little unsatisfied with part of the service. Yesterday my tire pressure indicator came on so I started checking air pressure as I have done in the past month or so, due to a slow leak that I forgot to have them check out. Well unknown to me, as I'm checking pressure I find that the tire with the slow leak is in the same position on the car as before me bringing it in for service. I know not everyone is perfect, but I just want to get what I paid for. I am not trying to gouge anyone. It does however make me wonder how often this has happened, because previously I did not have a slow leak.,therefore no way of checking. More

At this point I'd say Jeremy is a crook. He has emailed me a few times, but has not fixed any of the issues I've had. Morehead never reconditioned my car before they turned it over to me. Battery was 4+ years old, tires had less than 10k of wear left, fluids weren't changed, light bulbs were burned out and not changed, keyfob didn't work, and at least 2 recalls that were over 2 years old weren't done. At this point I've been complaining to Jeremy since January, it is now almost June. I've received emails back advising he wants to look at my car to determine what it needs and will cut me a deal on future work. I've now spent more than a grand on my car because Morehead failed to do their job. Jeremy has since deleted my facebook post because so many people in the HV saw it, and it was bad publicity for the dealership. I will continue to post on facebook, twitter, and on here to let people know the truth. Jeremy Abramson only cares about making money, he doesn't care about doing the right thing or taking care of his customers. More
My experience with Kristine was and still is amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new/used car. My past experience with car salesman hasn't been all that great, however, Kristi would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new/used car. Not only was she available and patient with me (I had a million questions) from the very beginning but it's been a month since buying my car and she still calls to make sure all is well and that I'm happy with my purchase. She also went above and beyond to insure my happiness with my trade-in and eventual purchase. Believe me I'm not easy and she held my hand throughout the process. She is the ultimate exception at a time when there are very few people who are genuinely concerned about their customers. I have found a salesperson that I would continuously trust and use for all my car needs. By the way, the brand Honda is also a name I trust so the combination of the two is a hit out of the ballpark. Purchased a 2008 Honda Accord EX Sedan with approximately 23,000 miles on it. Fast forward to a few months after purchase. I find out that despite being 4.5 years old, the battery was never replaced. The tires that came on the vehicle lasted less than 10k miles on it. The car had two recalls that were never performed. None of the fluids were replaced, the air filter and passenger filter were not replaced, one of the keyfobs didn't work, and one of the interior light bulbs didn't work. I brought it in for service, and was charged to replace the battery in the keyfob and the lightbulb inside of the car. I thought that was really cheap, but whatever. I then wrote an email and contacted the managers of the dealership to let them know they didn't recondition my car at all, that it never should have been given to me without reconditioning it. I spoke to their service manager, and he told me that getting 7k out of the tires is actually really good these days as new tires are made of very soft materials. He also told me that they don't proactively replace fluids or the battery in used cars, as long as it passes their internal tests. He didn't know how or why they didn't fix the recalls on my vehicle, but assured me it wasn't normal. For all of my troubles, he offered me $10 off a Honda Battery. I've now reached out to Jeremy Abramson, the GM at the dealership. He will go a week, sometimes more without responding. When he does respond, he offers to have me bring my car in so they can tell me all of the things that are wrong with it. He never actually addresses the previous issues and all of the expenses I've incurred because they failed to get my car ready before I picked it up. At this point I've contacted Jeremy via email and facebook and haven't gotten anything, except a huge waste of my time. I'm just going to contact Honda America at this point. I'd warn anyone considering buying a used Honda, specifically from this dealership. BE CAREFUL More
