Our car wouldn't start this morning, charged the battery, but wanted to find out why it went dead with only 18,000 miles on it. We were able to get an appt. this aft. They connected it to diagnostics, found out the battery was defective, replaced the battery, reprogrammed electronics, and washed the car. All was under warranty. More
