The guys at Mooresville Ford take what can be a very tedious process and make it enjoyable. I know this dealership stays busy, but they make me feel like I am their only customer that day. I leave feeling like a VIP. Wilbur feels like a friend out picking out a car with you vs being a salesman. Gray throws on the deals and makes things happen. And, Micheal is talented in keeping you entertain while the paperwork flies by. Perfect team and I look forward to returning. They have the formula for selling cars, I am glad they sell Fords! If I had to pick one thing to improve at all, I would say look into the details of the delivery. My new Ford Fusion had some interior scuffs and was pretty dirty for being on the showroom. Still an Excellent experience all around! More

Great Job Guys. I can not say enough about Jeff and Neil. I had a problem with my 2017 Ford Raptor while driving to Florida. Jeff called the service manger in Daytona I can not say enough about Jeff and Neil. I had a problem with my 2017 Ford Raptor while driving to Florida.
