Scott, the salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and businesslike. HOWEVER, whomever the “manager” was on this particular day did not even have the courtesy to look at our trade. (F150 excellent condition) Truck unseen, the “manager” offered us a lowball amount for the trade value of our vehicle. Actually $7000.00 less than several other dealerships have offered.. Insulting to say the very least! $2,500 lost this dealership the sale of a $69,991 truck. More
