Had to bring my diesel truck back in twice for same problem. First time mechanic misdiagnosed problem and then was out sick for about a week and could not install part. They apparently only have one m problem. First time mechanic misdiagnosed problem and then was out sick for about a week and could not install part. They apparently only have one mechanic that works on diesel engines. I was offered a free rental car for the week the mechanic was out. This repaired cost was over $2,000 dollars. A few days later I had to bring it back in for same problem. This time it was a part that was covered under an extended warranty. Did talk to the service manager in regard to recovering my $2,000 dollars but was told they would not give me a refund. He did offer a free oil change. Overall, I did find the staff pleasant but very dissatisfied with not refund my $2,000 since it did not fix the problem. Just a side note they were aware about this error code being a common problem which should have been repaired on the first visit under the extended warranty and no cost to me. More
It’s sad, that a poor review is given to a family own business, based on dis-honest practice! We spend two days, looking at the only model truck on their lot. Only to find out when we were about to close business, based on dis-honest practice! We spend two days, looking at the only model truck on their lot. Only to find out when we were about to close the deal (MSRP+ their adjusted Dealer Mark-up) that the sales manager said an additional ~$950 will have to be added, because their window sticker price is wrong??! I guess it's assumed that what's another ~$950, on a near $70K purchase! With all the time and effort that we spend, we decided to walk, because of this deceiving practice. Disappointed! They are too greedy! More
Transaction was smooth yet only getting one key with my car was unacceptable! Poor customer Service With Pearson GMC closed Moore was the next closer dealership to service my Yukon. The dealership is too far to do anything but wait. The location has With Pearson GMC closed Moore was the next closer dealership to service my Yukon. The dealership is too far to do anything but wait. The location has no functional internet service and the waiting room has no cell service making it 2 hours of complete downtime. For a simple oil service the pricing is expensive, half of the cost being labor. I will look at other options moving forward but do not recommend this dealership. More
