This was not very good service enounter. Monday morning I started service to have the A/C checked. I heard nothing until after 3:00 when I finally requested to speak to the service after not Monday morning I started service to have the A/C checked. I heard nothing until after 3:00 when I finally requested to speak to the service after not get a return call for the service advisor on two attempts. Shortly after speak with the SM the SA called and said that the tech could not proceed because the Freon machine at Moore Jeep was broken. The SA suggested I leave my Jeep because the Freon machine repairman was schedule before the end of Monday. At Tuesday noon after hearing nothing I called requesting that the SA update my on the status. The SA called to say the Freon machine was still not repaired so I got my Jeep. The SA said he would call me when the machine was repaired. On Thursday noon having not heard anything from the SA I called again and said I needed an update. The SA left word with the Call person that the machine was repaired. I took the Jeep down again Thursday noon by evening nothing had been done. We needed the Jeep Friday was I picked it up again. Saturday I got a different SA (Travis) the tech found the actuator for a baffle in the dash was bad and replaced it. That fixed the problem. BTW, you don't need a Freon machine for that repair. So no at this point I would not recommend service at Moore Jeep. More
Very little communication! I went for an oil change with an 11:00 appt and didn’t get out of there till almost 2:00. Then I found out that I didn’t get some of my regular schedu I went for an oil change with an 11:00 appt and didn’t get out of there till almost 2:00. Then I found out that I didn’t get some of my regular scheduled maintenance done because no one told me I needed it. I also found out that they are supposed to ask if you have the tire replacement contract and I’ve had four oil changes and no one ever asked that question. More

Still no resolution to microphone issue When I purchased my 2018 Jeep Cherokee, we noted that the microphone was not working properly so I’m not able to use my phone in hands free mode. I attempted to get the microphone fixed along with my first oil change, but despite significant trouble shooting and the radio being replaced, the microphone still doesn’t work. I can hear the caller, but the caller can’t hear me. I have not received an update as to what is wrong or how to resolve the problem and it’s been over a week since the radio was changed out. More

I called every day for six days without getting any resolution. On sixth day I trailered my Jeep to another Chrysler dealer. By 9:30 next morning I received a call that the 2nd dealer had my Jeep completely repaired. The service advisor was totally unreliable and very unavailable. More
Horrible Customer Service I had an appointment at 1030 AM, immediately at drop off they told me my vehicle wouldn't even be looked at until the next morning. I was told I would receive a call with the results the next day as my vehicle would be the first in line. I did not receive a call back before noon, and had to call and leave voicemails to get ahold of someone for a status. Finally I recieved the status and was told by the service rep that my vehicle would be completed by close of business and that I would receive a call from him when done. I called at 4 to get a status to see if I need to make my way to pick up my vehicle. Jake said my vehicle is almost complete and would be ready by 5. I'm on my way to pick up my vehicle (had to pay for an Uber) at 4:50 Jake calls and said my vehicle would not be completed until the next day now. I ask to speak with a manager and he explained that there were no managers available. The service department doesn't close until 6, but it sounded like everyone just wanted to leave early by 5. When I picked up my vehicle the next day at 4:30 after work, the vehicle work was completed as described. However, they didn't offer me anything for my troubles, not even a quick car wash. This is the worst family owned shop I've ever been too. Good work just horrible customer service. More
