Promptly and Respectfully Took Care of the Issue I purchased a used wrangler unlimited and it was missing the key lugnut for all the wheels. Spoke with Steve in financing and he made sure i was take I purchased a used wrangler unlimited and it was missing the key lugnut for all the wheels. Spoke with Steve in financing and he made sure i was taken care of right away. the service manager was cordial and informed me that they would have to break of the lugnut locks and replace them with all new locking lug nuts. it took less than an hour. from sales to service, Moore still cared about their customers even after the sale. This is my second vehicle from Moore and it wint be the last. More
Warranty repairs not completed properly Vehicle in shop for three weeks waiting on parts. Got vehicle back, and the sunroof being repaired under warranty has come back to me MISSING parts. Rather disgusted right now at the total time invested in trying to get this repaired. My time is valuable....it is absolutely precious to me. And yet I will again have to return to have this sorted out. This is a one start rating that has been absolutely earned by the repair shop. Best quote from the service advisor - "It is fixed but we have to order the rest of the parts.". Fixed does not equal needs more parts..... not exactly a rocket scientist eh?? More
knew about engine problem, but ignored problem On 1/12/2017 I took my Chrysler 2010 300 to Moore Chrysler because of a growling in the engine, they said they did not know what it was so they kept m On 1/12/2017 I took my Chrysler 2010 300 to Moore Chrysler because of a growling in the engine, they said they did not know what it was so they kept my car for two days called me said the car was done. Said it was the AIR INTAKE MANIFOLD needed to be replaced 1,517.99 dollars I drove it home pulled in the garage and heard the same sound as I heard when I took it in, I called they said bring it back for another 1,400.00 dollars we will look at it so I have already spent 1,517.99 dollars. There is no way I am spending another 1400.00 dollars for a problem that should been fixed the first time. So I take it to a man who builds engines for a living. He takes the oil cap off puts his ear down to the engine and tells me your TIME CHAIN GUIDES ARE GONE, THEY ARE RUBBING METAL TO METAL. Now Chrysler knows about this problem they have sent out TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS TO ALL DEALERSHIPS. They know about this problem but refuse to fix the small engines 2.7 The man told me if the TIMING CHAIN GOES I BLOW AN ENGINE AND I LOSE ALL CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE. SO if I am on a freeway doing 70mph am not only putting my life in danger but others on the highway. buy the way the car never went any other place for service expect to Moore Chrysler for service from the day we bought it from Moore. I have documentation that Chrysler knew about this problem but refuses to fix it, HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL HAVE TO DIE OR BE SERIOUSLY HURT BEFORE SOMETHING IS DONE? I WILL NOT RECOMMEND MOORE CHRYSLER OR ANY OTHER CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP. OH BUY THE WAY THE MAN WHO FIXED MY ENGINE ONLY CHARGED ME 1100.00 DOLLARS PARTS AND LABOR AND I KNOW IT'S DONE RIGHT More

Defective Service I had an oil and filter change performed on my vehicle on May 30. The vehicle was delivered to me 2 1/2 quarts short of Chrysler Corp's required oil I had an oil and filter change performed on my vehicle on May 30. The vehicle was delivered to me 2 1/2 quarts short of Chrysler Corp's required oil capacity. This error could easily have been detected by service personnel simply by checking the oil level on the dipstick since no oil was visible when I later checked the oil. The service writer, Cory Fox, was courteous, expressed concern, and said someone would follow up to further discuss this egregious failure. To date I have heard from no one. More

The mechanic that worked on my radio fixed the problem that three previo directed me to Travis who was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
