oil change experience Visited Moore to have my oil changed in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler on 6/13/19. I had researched on their web site for pricing and types of oil changes. Saw Visited Moore to have my oil changed in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler on 6/13/19. I had researched on their web site for pricing and types of oil changes. Saw a coupon for a blend oil change for $39.95 or 3 for $99.95. Called them and they said I did not need an appointment if I came after 2pm. I arrived at 2:30 and when I showed them the coupon (from their web site!) they said they would not honor it and wanted to charge me $59.95 and no longer offer a blend oil. I felt they were fraudulent in the way they bait and switch to get you to use them. We took our Jeep home and will never go there again. This was not the way to do business and keep customers. As of today 6/18/19, they still have the coupon on their web site. More

The "Best in the West Valley" Always satisfied with service and sales. They left the sway bar links disconnected and they installed a coil spring isolator on the drivers side but did not install one on the passenger side. When my wife drove the Jeep home she was almost in an accident because the sway bar links were disconnected and when a semi passed her the wind blew her to another lane and almost into another car. Stay away from this horrible place. The owner Clifton has refused to do anything about it. I have him 60 days to make it right and he simply doesn’t care. More
3rd times a charm I had an issue with my Chrysler 300 moon roof almost 2 years ago. After bringing the vehicle in for a diag found out that it needs a new frame for the I had an issue with my Chrysler 300 moon roof almost 2 years ago. After bringing the vehicle in for a diag found out that it needs a new frame for the moonroof. Spent $1400.00 for the repairs. Everything went fine. The vehicle is a 2nd car for me so it sits majority of the time. After taking it out one weekend about a year after repair, it was raining out and water poured into the vehicle from the roof that was fixed. So I called my advisor and explained what was going on. Brought the 300 back in to be repaired. (Only good service is they offered a loaner vehicle). After 3 weeks of not one single update from an advisor or manager I get a phone call saying my car is ready to be picked up. While picking up the vehicle from service I sit in the car and look up and can see the sun coming in from a crack between the glass and frame. I took my water bottle and poured it on top the car to find out it's still leaking! Not happy at this point as you might understand I asked to speak to the service manager who is super friendly and accommodating. Said he will get the concern fixed and in a timely manner. So after another week its said to be done. Fast forward to March of 2019 after taking it out again and it raining outside. My roof is leaking once again. Now I'm at the point of just taking it to another dealer and paying for it to be done correctly. Called the service manager directly and told him what's going on. Asked me bring it back in to have a look at it, got in a loaner and went on my way. 12 days later with not one single update I finally call the advisor and ask for an update. He tells me they are wrapping the car up and it will be done the following day. I would give 2 stars just for having someone deliver my vehicle back to me but then once the vehicle shows up and I get in it. The trim piece on driverside window is not sitting in properly nor will it snap in and has minor damage from the tech pulling it out. I sent a picture to the advisor to show him how they delivered the car to me unfinished. He said sorry, just wanted to get the vehicle back to you. Not even offering a solution to fix it. At this point, I'm writing this entire situation off and hoping I never need to go back. Dustin, you are very polite and quick with responses. I appreciate it. More
