Poor customer service tech I came in for oil change/tire rotation. After waiting for an hour and a half I went to check on my car. It was clearly finished but my “ tech” was tal I came in for oil change/tire rotation. After waiting for an hour and a half I went to check on my car. It was clearly finished but my “ tech” was talking to a woman he seemed to know. No problem...I’m fine with that! When he saw me he said, “ oh you’re still waiting?” which of course I was since he hadn’t called me. Once I made it inside his cubicle, after he hugged his previous customer goodbye, he just said “credit or debit.” Nothing more. I had to ask how much it was & never received a verbal summary of what they had done/ found.. He took my card,ran it & I left. It was all very frustrating. I will NOT be returning to this dealership for service....or anything else! More

oil change and fuel system service i'm not complaining about your workmanship. but then i took my car to emissions and my car rejected emissions because of something done to my car's c i'm not complaining about your workmanship. but then i took my car to emissions and my car rejected emissions because of something done to my car's computer. travis said to drive the car for a week and then i should pass. if it doesn't, i hold moore chrysler responsible and you will have to help me pass. i don't have time for all this nonsense.
