Not very satisfied ☹️ Went in to have recalls done on my car ..they had all the parts ...which is wonderful.... But upon picking up my car...no one was available to talk t Went in to have recalls done on my car ..they had all the parts ...which is wonderful.... But upon picking up my car...no one was available to talk to me..lots of guys in uniforms standing around...only one guy working his xxx off...Mike...after waiting almost 20 minutes, I went to the crowd that was just standing around told them I needed to pick up my car. One of them got it from the back ... Didn't bring it to me at the service center an d just handed me my keys and said heee you go. I asked him as he was walking away if I could get my paperwork...he said oh you need to wait for him. I did wait..no problem...but when I got my paper work .... I had asked for also a noise to be looked at and a quote.... The MAN SAID ....OH HERE ...AND WROTE IT ON A YELLOW POST IT... I said can I get this printed out ... He wasn't very happy and told me I had to wait looking at my paperwork after I got home...my 3 recalls where on there ...BUT....BUT.....BUT.... THEY INSPECTED ONE AND REPLACED THE OTHER. NOW I need to drop off my car AGAIN 😞 .. because those WERE RECALLED!!!! and they didn't wash my car and had no vouchers left to get my car wash. More
Oil change Brought my vehicle in on Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation and it was excellent. Greeted quickly and Travis was very helpful. Customer Service area was neat and clean. Loved the donuts! All the employees appeared to be happy and enjoying their time at work. Such a nice change from other dealerships! Will return to this dealership for Service. More
Awful experience, terrible customer service. I have to start by saying Dustin was super friendly and helpful once they finally let us speak with him. It’s too bad that the great employees like him are few and far between here. We didn’t get to speak with him until our BRAND NEW Jeep had been in their shop for over 30 days for a new engine..and after we put in call after call to figure out what was going on. We dealt with a god awful older woman who told us her name was Judy when we asked. (I see there’s no Judy on the list of people who work there.) That woman’s nasty attitude alone would be enough to make us never come back. Add after the two times they’ve had to replace MAJOR parts of our brand new vehicle and haven’t kept us updated unless we call and leave bad reviews...we would never give this place our business again, or refer anyone to them. We understand things happen. But this entire experience has been horrible and we are still stuck paying for, and driving, an awful vehicle that we were so excited to have 8 months ago, from a dealer that has zero concern for their customers once they’ve completed a sale. More

Not heard We had an oil change & tire rotation completed & that was fine. It took 15min (after sced appt time) to talk to out tech. We showed him the dr hinges We had an oil change & tire rotation completed & that was fine. It took 15min (after sced appt time) to talk to out tech. We showed him the dr hinges where 3 of the 4 have 3-5 major paint chips. He explained environmental was to blame- rock chips and dismissed our conplaint. This is a Jeep w/5k mi. Original tires & body. If “rock chips” from our road is to blame then why don’t 1million other Jeeps have the same problem. Oh because he said Jeeps are used for commuting... not my 1st rodeo. Want Jeep repaired for paint problem... not a road problem. Can you help? More

Did not follow through with warranty items Installed headlights incorrectly causing me to get pulled over by Peoria police. Led headlights are directional and labeled clearly with the word top. Still not done. Added a dye to my oil to find the oil leak at the rear of engine leaving it over the full limit. Made special arrangements to fix by dropping off the day before so it could be cold so it could in the morning so the mechanic didn't have to work on my Jeep hot did and not touch due to another problem on previews appointment which is understandably. When it was time to pick up my Jeep I was told about it not being started. Arrangements were made this way for a one day start and finish so I could have my Jeep ready for a job across town the next day. Now after a month and texts with Michael Harrington and messages left on voicemail no response to fix the warranty on the oil leak that has left me not wanting to drive my 16 JKUR until fixed. I don't feel safe leaving my Jeep at this dealership and will have to go to a different dealership that is not within walking distance from work. Unfortunately Michael was great to work with but just lack of completing the important reason that I needed my Jeep worked not being a priority is more than disappointing. feel completely blown off. Radio replaced due to Nav loosing map data, recalled impact sensors replaced, oil leak covering my undercarriage and garage NOT FIXED. I changed my oil so I don't have a dye in my oil and incorrect oil level. Will not return as a customer and will find a different professional Jeep dealer to complete warranty on failed OEM Jeep parts More
