Diagnostics My Jeep was having the dash lights intermittently going off. The service advisor told me that it was the trailer brake wiring, after a tech looked it My Jeep was having the dash lights intermittently going off. The service advisor told me that it was the trailer brake wiring, after a tech looked it over. I did not have them fix it and took it to my neighbor who works on his own cars. Turns out that the problem was the ground wire was loose because the nut was laying on the floor and the bolt/stub? That it usually attaches to was missing. It had nothing to do with the trailer wiring. when they grabbed the trailer brake wiring was moved/grabbed, it bumped into the ground wire that was loose. The $75 I paid was charged for incorrect information. I would like a refund. Travis was very pleasant to work with. More
