Oil change There is some confusion among your employees as to your oil change procedures. I called for an oil change appointment and was given a time and the nam There is some confusion among your employees as to your oil change procedures. I called for an oil change appointment and was given a time and the name of the tech doing my oil change. I had to cancel that appointment and later in the week called to make a new appointment. When I called back I was told that you do not make appointments. I came in for my oil change and was told it was a 2 hour wait. I was mad since we drove an hour to get our car serviced. The service manager said we should have made an appointment. I nearly blew up and told him why I was mad. He then said that even if I made an appointment it is still first come first serve. Why make an appointment then. I am a firm believer in getting my car serviced where I bought it but your team makes getting a simple oil change an all day project. More

Manufacture recall work We haven't had our jeep for too long, but there was a recall on the passenger side airbag. I looked up dealerships online and Moore was highly recomme We haven't had our jeep for too long, but there was a recall on the passenger side airbag. I looked up dealerships online and Moore was highly recommended by past customers, so I scheduled the work. Everyone was very nice there and they completed the work in the time frame they had estimated when we dropped the Jeep off I would definitely take the jeep there for service again. :) I can't remember the name of the guy who brought the Jeep back out when I went to pick it up, but he was really nice also! And the repair was free because it was a recall so I can't rate the prices either. More
