A jeep dealer that cares. After a deplorable purchase experience with AutoNation, I was forced to bring the jeep in for service for the anticipated recall on the weld. I did s After a deplorable purchase experience with AutoNation, I was forced to bring the jeep in for service for the anticipated recall on the weld. I did some research online and selected Moore and scheduled an appointment and reported there for the inspection. Aaron, my service advisor, greeted me promptly explained the situation and then told me about how long it would take to get this done. My expectation was that the jeep would be inspected and I would find the results later. However, much to my surprise, not only did they inspect the jeep, they cleared it from any further work on the weld. I had some general questions as far as jeep customer service is concerned based on my dealings with automation Auto nation, and Aaron provided that information as well. Thanks for a great experience. Average The positive is that the dealership recognized the shocks went bad well before normal use and honored a warranty. The negative is that we made the app The positive is that the dealership recognized the shocks went bad well before normal use and honored a warranty. The negative is that we made the appointment well in advance to get the back shocks replaced but on the day of the appointment they only had one shock. Therefore we left the car for the weekend until they could finish on Monday. Then on Monday the service agent called to ask if they can replace the cabin filter. I said no and that I could replace that myself. I found out after my wife picked up the car that they replaced the cabin filter anyway which cost me more than $50. I am disappointed at this because that is a filter I can chang myself for less than $20. If it wasn't for the deal to get 4 replacement tires if we went to Moore for service then I would likely go somewhere else. More
