I had to wait, during lunch hour, for over an hour and then the car was taken back for the tech to look at it. Awsome Job Although, all I needed was a Oil change and a tire rotation, the work was greatly and timely performed. Justin did a great job in scheduling. Still not fixed. I brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in because the transmission was shifting erratically, like it has before. If you do a search you will find this is a common problem with this model. Last time I brought this Jeep in for this problem, they fixed it with a computer update. This time the service writer said they couldn't duplicate the problem. And I could leave it a couple of days and they could see if they could duplicate the problem. I needed the car the next day and they didn't offer a free loaner car, so I left without getting it fixed. In their parking lot as I was leaving, it had another erratic shift. And it shifts erratically frequently. I still have a couple more years on the drive train warranty, so I will wait until it gets worse. In my opinion, they know that these cars have a transmission problem but they don't know how to fix it. So they say they can't find a problem. This is the fourth brand new Jeep I purchased in the last 15 years. This one has by far been the worst as far as problems. The employees are friendly and all that, but when you spend thousands of dollars for a new vehicle, you expect it to be of good quality. And when it disappoints you, you expect them to fix it right away or give you transportation until they fix it. I only go here because it is 2 miles from my house, and it is the dealership that sold it to me. My next vehicle will probably not be the Jeep brand. More
Problem Solved I had a problem with the security alarm system . It was too sesnsitive. They installed a whole New System Brain. I have not had a problem since. Poor Service Made appt. for 9:30 AM. Got there at 9:15. Was told they would not even look at it for 4 hours. Took shuttle home. Got phone call from Jake. Said they Made appt. for 9:30 AM. Didnt fix my problem Took my 2016 jeep cherokee in because start/stop wasnt working and because my key fob would intermittently not work. I asked about manually unlocking my car if the fob doesnt work. (I've done this in the past but the alarm goes off.) I asked if there was a way to bypass the alarm or reset it, Aaron didnt know the answer and didn't see help to find the answer. They kept my jeep in the shop for 3 days (Friday, Saturday, and Monday) for diagnostics on the battery. I never received a phone call stating my car was done or even notified of updates along the way. I initiated a call around 2 o'clock on Monday and was told "yeah, your car is done, come pick it up." When I got to the dealership Aaron told me, "we replaced the battery everything is working fine now. Give it 3 days for the battery to work properly and the start/stop function to work." He also was diligent in explaining my basic warranty was almost up and I should consider purchasing an extended warranty. (I purchased the platinum plan extended warranty when I bought my car).Left the dealer, start/stop not working. Two days later have the SAME issue with my keyfob (try to unlock my car and cant do it by pushing the button on keyfob or by putting my hand in the handle). Call Moore to schedule a follow up visit. The receptionist (cant recall her name) said Aaron, my advisor, was busy. She took down my name and number and told me he would call me back. It's been 2 days now and I haven't received a call. In the meantime I scheduled service at Airpark Jeep in Scottsdale. They were able to get me in on Saturday (yesterday). Charlie Brummett was great. He took time to answer questions before they took my car into the shop. He ran the diagnostics test in front of me. They had my car from 7 am until approx 2pm. I picked it up the same day. As I drove off the lot my start/stop function worked immediately, no 3 day wait as I was told from Moore Jeep. Also, he explained to me they tested my keyfob for frequency signal and tested the battery. From now on I will drive a longer distance to receive exceptional care at Airpark Jeep. More
Express oil change I was greeted by Aaron Angel, he was very helpful & explained my options for services.
