Rethinking my options We have been customers of Moore Chrysler for awhile and have been satisfied with their performance. This last time was a little different.they informe We have been customers of Moore Chrysler for awhile and have been satisfied with their performance. This last time was a little different.they informed us it would be ready three weeks in a row and each time it was moved further out. When we finally got it back yesterday the shroud around the outside of the driver's seat was broken and there is some grease of some sort on the carpet. They gave us a rental for the time they had our car, so that was good, but I felt a little passed put off, like some one else's job was more important or they just took on more jobs than they were able to get done in the time frame they had given us. More

Antifreeze leak Kept my Jeep for a day and ahalf. Didn’t contact me to updat status I had to call twice and my Jeep still has the antifreeze smell coming from the eng Kept my Jeep for a day and ahalf. Not sure way they can’t find the problem because they did tell me they also could smell it. So long story short I wasted almost two days for nothing. I could have taken it somewhere else More

GC fueling issue Mike had them put s new fuel fill tube in. Problem solved under warranty; wouldn't even take money for the fuel they put in for testing. Excellent I would say that I’ve had a great experience with Moore Chrysler and jeeps service department, although it’s not their fault that Chapman Chevy sold m I would say that I’ve had a great experience with Moore Chrysler and jeeps service department, although it’s not their fault that Chapman Chevy sold me a lemon, they were determined to fix all problems as if it was there fault. Kyle was very blunt and up front and expenses and pricing and he was honest on the issues that my vehicle was having. 10/10. I plan to continue my services here..... More
