Not happy at alll Poor customer service It took too long and the rep was not helpful after 4 days in the shop. We requested oil change, tire rotation, repair of infot Poor customer service It took too long and the rep was not helpful after 4 days in the shop. We requested oil change, tire rotation, repair of infotainment system, repair of body damage from as parking lot experience. What we got was oil change and tire rotation and no help at all on the other 2 issues. I am very happy with the vehicle but totally disappointed with the customer service experience. I am actively looking for another service center. More

We have never left their dealerships with any other than the feeling of "Just Mediocre or feel totaly unsatisfied. I have never been to any auto dealership in our past that has given me all the following: Courteous, attentive, and timely service in one visit. Not only was our service agent was fantastic; all the employees were kind, friendly, and attentive to making it a very pleasant experience and visit. The dealership was particularly claen, had great creature comforts like food treats, and the restromm was immaculately clean. The front area receptionist was kind, friendly, and very accomodative.
