Work was not done. I called Moore because I receive a recall letter on the air bag. I was told I could have it taken care on 2/11/19, I made the appointment and made ar I called Moore because I receive a recall letter on the air bag. I was told I could have it taken care on 2/11/19, I made the appointment and made arrangements to drop my Jeep off on 2/9/19, I also scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive a phone call the morning of 2/11 regarding the status of my vehicle, so I called Moore about noon, after 15 minutes on hold, I was told you did not have the part and would not have for about 2 weeks. Had I not called you, I wonder if and when you would have called me with this info? I would not have scheduled the oil change and tire rotation if I knew you did not have the recall part. When I was there I politely asked to speak with the Service Manager was basically told that he was too busy to talk with me as he was on a conference call. If you were me would you appreciate this kind of service? More

Very knowledgeable, friendly service I took my vehicle in to the shop to have a new windshield washer hose line assembly and windshield wipers installed. they had the van 2 weeks while I I took my vehicle in to the shop to have a new windshield washer hose line assembly and windshield wipers installed. they had the van 2 weeks while I was out of town so they had time to investigate a few other problems very thoroughly, too much for my pocket book! The wipers etc work wonderfully! More

Bait and switch I was told by a service Guy where to get my key fobs and they could program them for $30 a fob bought the ones I needed took them to them then I have I was told by a service Guy where to get my key fobs and they could program them for $30 a fob bought the ones I needed took them to them then I have the service manager telling me that they don't do that that I have to buy my fob from them then they are willing to program my fobs but have to sign a waiver in case screw up my vehicle it would not be there fall then made me wait 2 hours to pay $400 for two key fobs Will never go here again More
Stop/Start not working do to battery charging. New batteries was the cure. Separate issue regarding Stop/Start feature: Since I've owned the vehicle, the dashboard service required for the Stop/ New batteries was the cure. Separate issue regarding Stop/Start feature: Since I've owned the vehicle, the dashboard service required for the Stop/Start feature light is on when I start the vehicle. I've had it checked multiple times at several dealerships with no cause found. A year or so ago, I discovered if I simply restart the vehicle the service required immediately light goes away and the Stop/Start feature works as designed. It's hard to believe that there is no fix for this problem! More

Also Maria in the auto renting/loaner office is a jewel. She took great care with us and helped smooth out the “bumps” in what was originally a very stressful day.
