Friday night I purchased my 8th GM vehicle, and I must say it was one of my best experiences. Going into business transactions, I always worry about being overwhelmed. These worries were put to rest once I arrived at the dealership. My sales advisor Troy was very patient and knowledgeable and had answers for all my questions. The business manager Franco, was excellent with my five year old son while we were completing the sale. Franco never seemed rushed, bothered or upset to take the time to make sure everything was perfect. When there was a huge question about payments, Franco went the extra mile to explain things to the general sales manager. Billy Theodorakos the general sales manager, sealed the deal and made sure that he took care of his clients. Billy had to do some work to make our lease perfect, but did it with professionalism and class. The night ended with Troy having all our items moved into our new car and waiting on us. Right now Cadillac is trying to solidify its place among the top luxury brands. This can only be accomplished by having success on two fronts. One front is building the best vehicles possible and the second is having world class service and sales. I am proud to say Cadillac is starting to succeed on both of these fronts. The entire team at Moore was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I had been searching for a Cadillac dealer that I could form a lifelong relationship with and recommend to friends and family. On Friday I found that dealer in Moore and I am excited about our future purchases there! More
I purchased a 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe. This was a cash purchase. Not long after the purchase I noticed that when I went through a car wash or when it rained or when my husband sprayed the car with the gar purchase. Not long after the purchase I noticed that when I went through a car wash or when it rained or when my husband sprayed the car with the garden house (i.e. like any normal person would do to wash their car) - water came in through the driver window and passenger window. When driving the car wind can be heard through the driver window when it is completely up as if it where slightly down - that whirring wind sound. Unacceptable. Well only to me apparently. Not only has Moore Cadillac not fixed the problem, I was told that a little water coming in the car door is normal. ????? Don't get me wrong, I L-O-V-E my car. I just want my car to work properly. To have all the seals and buttons nice and secure. Makes sense to me. If any one wants to see them, I have pictures of the water on the door frame of my car, the top of the door panel at the window as well. I am very happy to share. But then again, water coming inside the car is "normal" according to Chris at Moore Cadillac. I have owned several cars in my life time and I have to tell you - this is a first. More
I knew I wanted a CTS Coupe, so I went to Moore's website and received an "internet price," which was very reasonable. Then, Robert contacted me by email and I contacted him. Then we talked by telephone and had an excellent rapport. After that I received an email from Rick. I went to the dealership and Robert introduced himself and led me to Rick. We went for a demo ride and the car was wonderful, so we went to his office, had my trade-in appraised. The value of my car was more than fair, so Rick worked up the figures and they virtually matched the internet offer. Rick got me "F-&-I" figures that were very favorable. The deal was made first time out! Moore didn't have the car in stock and lost out on another locally. That didn't stop them. They located a car in Pennsylvania and did a dealer swap. A few days later, the car was prepped and we concluded the sale. Rick introduced me to the Service and Parts manager, too. Rick showed me all the salient points on the car and I drove off. This was a wonderful experience and I would recommend MOORE Cadillac to anyone interested in a Caddy. More

I cannot say enough good things about Bob Evers. He has a wonderfully warm and friendly personality, is extremely knowledgeable about Cadillac products, is totally fair with pricing and will always see tha a wonderfully warm and friendly personality, is extremely knowledgeable about Cadillac products, is totally fair with pricing and will always see that I leave the dealership with a smile on my face. I never have to "haggle," since I know that he has given me the best trade-in possible and the lowest sale price. I trust him completely. I have purchased my last 4 Cadillacs from him. I would deal with no one else. When I eventually trade in my SRX, I will stop in to see Bob. Bob will work with me until I have exactly what I want. I can totally depend on his support, even when I had some other problems with ONSTAR. He even helped me "sync" my cell phone with the Blue Tooth capabilities of my SRX crossover, which by the way I absolutely love. I have since called about things that I did not understand in the manual and he is always patient in his explanations. His service does not stop with a sale. Bob Evers is the greatest! And he is supported by a terrific service manager, Don Kelly. Moore Cadillac is my "home." More
