Mr. Kramer is an excellent sales representative Having been in sales most of my life I can rather easily spot a salesman who has dollar signs in his eyes. This has made the car buying experience one that I dread. However, dealing with Mr. Kramer was a complete joy. There was no pressure, subtle or otherwise. He allowed me the room to sell the car to myself, only stepping in to guide me when needed. i'd also like to mention that when I arrived on the lot I wasn't sure exactly where to go. A A service person (he didn't give me his name but he had a long beard) asked if he could help me and directed and introduced me personally to Mr. Kramer. Very professional. Give these guys a raise! Getting the car was fine, Mike S. was a great salesman, Chaz helped out tremendously getting my lease worked out. I currently live in Virginia, and had to lease the car in PA with my Dad because I needed a co-signer (I'm a recent college grad, with not much of a credit history). I unfortunately made the mistake of assuming this dealership would know how to handle the paperwork for transferring the registration/title/plates to Virginia. It has been an absolute nightmare! I went to the Virginia DMV right away to get it done, only to realize that this dealership didn't give me Power of Attorney paper I needed (they were completely unaware that I needed it, and it would take several days to get one), then further delayed the process because they screwed up the form not once, not twice, but THREE times, and it got delayed so much that I had to postpone/rearrange my holiday travel arrangements because of their irresponsibility - the temporary registration expired on Christmas Eve, so I was literally trapped and didn't want to risk getting caught driving illegally. The whole thing was handled poorly, they didn't give me the correct out-of-state papers I initially needed (causing me to waste hours at the DMV), the sales managers didn't listen my directions and assumed facts without confirming them with me (which is why the paper was messed up again), and overall it was just bad. Four revised forms later, they finally got it right and luckily it worked out at the DMV. The people at Moon Township Hyundai still have absolutely no idea what they're doing when it comes to out-of-state paperwork, so beware! More
