The first visit, he presented me with all kinds of information regarding various models and told me to contact him with any additional questions. On the second visit, I came back with more requirements for a car that would exactly meet my needs. Within 10 minutes of looking, he found an exact vehicle that checked on the major boxes (Turbo-charged, new, and white). We examined the car more thoroughly and then we went on a test drive (even though it was a showroom model and required the assistance of other team members to gain access). On the test drive, he went over all of the features of the car and demonstrated all of the major functionalities to ensure that it met all of my requirements. He finished it off by working with me to get the best possible deal! Although the price was tight due to already established rebates, he suggested other options such as oil change certificates and installing a remote starter. He didn't stop there! He contacted me within a few days to set up my first service visit and make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. This was the most comfortable, non-pressured, and satisfactory car purchase I have ever made or heard of. More
