I also had a coupon for a complimentary oil change. I only had to pay for the emission inspection. I would highly recommend this dealership. The service Department Manager was extremely courteous and helpful. They completed the work in less than an hour, and included a courtesy wash. More

Very Impressed I guess I have always had negative preconceived perceptions of dealerships throughout my life as past experiences have always left me feeing less than I guess I have always had negative preconceived perceptions of dealerships throughout my life as past experiences have always left me feeing less than satisfied and quite frankly taken advantage of. I am here to tell you that Moon Hyundai has restored my faith in dealerships. I took my 2012 Hyundai in for a MAJOR repair that was covered under warranty, Jim Morgan, set my expectations saying that he has seen past repairs of this nature take as long as a month to compete and just wanted to be honest and up front about it. To make a long story short, Three days later, I had my car returned to me as if it were new and Hyundai did everything they said they would do, even giving me a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. Jim, kept me informed daily of the progess and really blew me away with his customer service. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. ...on a side note, when I first went in to discuss my car issue, Jim was helping an elderly customer who was a bit computer challenged renew her registration online. It says a lot about Jim and what a great guy he is. He really cares about his customers which is something rare to see these days.
