I've had 2 Honda Civics, a Toyota Yaris, and a Nissan Versa Hatchback previously. My salesperson at Moon Hyundai, Karl McCoy, was very laid back and thorough. He took the time to make sure I test drove all the models I was interested in, and he answered all of my questions. Of all of my vehicle negotiating experiences in the past, this one was the most pleasant, and Karl takes a low pressure approach. Even if I hadn't purchased my vehicle, I still would have had a pleasant day at Moon Township Hyundai. Follow-up: Since buying my car, Karl has consistently followed up to make sure the car was running fine, to see if I had any questions or concerns, and to check in with me. When I did have a question, he promptly got back to me. I've never experienced customer service like this anywhere else. Usually my salesperson disappears, and I never hear from them again. I feel comfortable enough now to contact Karl whenever necessary. More
