This dealership was down a narrow alley after passing other small dealerships so difficult to locate. When you get there, it's small and cars are like sardines, tightly packed. They did a have the make, model and year she wanted in her price range so we took it for a test drive. The owner was super up front and gave us the CarFax but said although it looked clean he suspected an accident due to a missing sticker on the front side and he showed us under the hood and explained what he thought. When we asked to take the car for an independent safety inspection her recommended the Toyota dealership and they did a fantastic job looking it over (3 hours) and giving us a very complete report. They also suspected an accident but said no structural or frame damage and the airbag didn't deploy. They said the repair was done well and only affected the front side panel which was replaced. They saw a small dent in another component but said it was completely fine. Moon Auto Sales only takes cash so after agreeing on a price, we drove to the bank to get a cashier's check. This was the 2nd dealer we visited that provided ANY type of warranty to make us feel like they were confident the car was in good shape. Overall, we felt the price was the best we could have found anywhere and the dealer was honest and trustworthy and gave us a very nice car for a very reasonable price. I would recommend checking the place out. It's been a week and she's driven the car around town and on a short trip to the ocean and it's working fine, so thinking it's a reliable car in good shape. More
