I feel like she listened to my "must haves" and always had a suggestion. She was very informative, polite and patient with me the whole day. I seriously cannot wait to take my 2016 CX 5 for a road trip! I got lucky and did not know how great Kaytee was, but highly suggest everyone to personally ask for Kaytee because my experience was phenomenal !! More

Finding my dream car was worth the drive! I've had my heart set on finding a Volvo C70 hardtop convertible for a while. I've searched NY, PA and OH. Living in Erie, PA, my hopes were to find I've had my heart set on finding a Volvo C70 hardtop convertible for a while. I've searched NY, PA and OH. Living in Erie, PA, my hopes were to find my car locally. While searching the web, I found one located in Cleveland....it was time for a road trip. When I called to inquire about the car, I spoke with Sandy who was the consummate professional from the get-go. Once we got there, we were immediately greeted a friendly staff and introduced to Sandy. He and Carlos made the experience painless (and that's not easy to say about buying a car!!!).
