Montrose Nissan in Hermitage has been fair with all my trade in's and giving decent deals with buying new and used vehicles. I have bought 3 from them so far and have had exceptional service from Emilio trade in's and giving decent deals with buying new and used vehicles. He has been with this dealership for a very long time and has been professional & knowledgeable of the process. Zach in the Finance Dept is also thorough and proved to show what he needed to do to get the job done plus answering all questions presented. I bought a pre-owned 2022 Nissan Pathfinder a few weeks ago. I don't think I could be aby happier. The sales and finance process went smoothly and I was in and out in no time. The salesperson did not listen to me regarding a deposit and took FIVE times the amount I told him. Then I couldn't get my deposit money back when they did not meet my payment requirements. I'm STILL waitin and took FIVE times the amount I told him. Then I couldn't get my deposit money back when they did not meet my payment requirements. I'm STILL waiting for them to do the right thing. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! Do NOT deal with this shady dealership. More

Hermitage Nissan was a nice place to shop for a new or used Nissan. In my case, I was looking to downsize as I am now a little older.
