We were returning customers who had previously purchased a used vehicle at Montrose, and after a short discussion of what we were looking for, we quickly found that a new '17 Rogue Sport was perfect for us. Kenna was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to provide information with honesty and kindness without any uneasy pressure. It was very refreshing and made the overall purchase and buying experience enjoyable. She also had the patience of a saint with our daughter during the entire process. I highly recommend stopping to see Kenna at Montrose Nissan with any sales questions. We will definitely be returning to Montrose for our next vehicle. Thank you! More

I went there with the mind set of trading two of my vehicles in for a new truck they had advertised on the internet. The first offer came to me and the truck was priced $8000. higher then it was advertised at. Funny, I told them the price it was advertised at, they checked it out and still tried to slide the inflated price by me. The second issue was when they offered me a total of $23,200. for both my trade-ins. $9000 for the first and $14200 for my 2016 Rogue. Once again I checked his math. This time I caught him adding the payoff amount ($10200) for my 2016 Rogue to the price of the truck. I confronted him about it and was told "that's how it's done". He tried to get my 2016 Rogue, with 7800 miles, for $4000, then tried to justify it by saying that's all its worth. They have no shame. Needless to say I kept my Rogue and sold it myself for $17K. It keeps getting worse. Five days after I bought, I got a random letter, handwritten from the sales manager of Montrose offering me up to $24500 for my 2016 Rogue. I sent in a customer survey and within 30 minutes I received a call from the GM of the dealership requesting the names of the person involved with my bad experience. Now for the real insult,,, it was him, the GM that was pulling all the xxxxxxxx with me. Once again he tried to play me. They will rip you off anyway possible. I have all transmissions with the dealership recorded and saved and have spoken to Nissan America many times about this dealer. More
$7000 trade in is a lie. False advertising. We talked to 2 different people there about this so called offer before we drove an hour to get there. They promised the world over the phone. After we got there and talked to them in person, they had to inspect our car to give us an amount for trade in. Guaranteed $7000? Right out the window. They only wanted to give us $4000. After arguing this with them, we were told that we could do this if we had a down payment, even though it was previously stated no down payment required. More

I sent the video via email of this happening and sarah would not return my calls. So after the aggravation of fixing it on my own thought all was well and good. Nope,just did first oil change the filter was crushed like the person used channel locks and could not get it off so he left it. The machanic (if you call it that) has no business working on vehicles. However the salesman Mike was very easy to deal with I give him credit for trying to help but it was out of his hands. In all honesty I would not recommend this stealership. More
