The Montrose KIA Dealership is very efficient. We were met very quickly with sales person Dino DiMarco whom had our family look over selections of 2013 KIA Sorento's, eventually choosing one and 2 hours l met very quickly with sales person Dino DiMarco whom had our family look over selections of 2013 KIA Sorento's, eventually choosing one and 2 hours later we were on our way with great new auto. The paper work was handled efficiently, not much idle time was spent in showroom, which had several customers. My wife and I entered the dealership with a specific type of used vehicle in mind. At no point were we pressured into test driving or looking at another vehicle outside of our requirements. This was my first experience in buying a car and I have to say that Demetrius and Chris made this a very great first experience. I made it clear to Demetrius what my Dad and I felt comfortable paying for a car as well as the features that I wanted in my car and we were able to find a really decent match. The only issue that I had was the fact that I was not really happy with the color of the car and there was not a lot of inventory to choose from but I loved everything else about it so I ended buying it any way. Because this was my first time buying a car I had a lot of questions (which probably sounded really idiotic) but Demetrius was patient enough and answered all of my questions. Once we had the car picked out it came time to finance the car. Neither my Dad nor I have great credit but Chris was able to get us financed and we ended up leaving with the car that night. The process was a little too lengthy for my taste but I still ended up with a car that I love so I am very happy. I did not feel pressured at all toad extra features and warranties even though they were offered and I felt that everyone that I dealt with was very professional. More

Signed paper work I did not get copies of including service discounts, etc. Be afraid! Be very afraid. Avoid this place like the plague. Slick, deceptive, and misleading advertising. More

This dealership's sales staff is very deceptive and untruthfull. They practice the bait and switch tactic. They advertise one price online and charge another in a deceptive manner. They will exploit any weakness they see in a customer to their finacial gain. I was grossly overcharged for a car simply because I put my trust in them.My bad! When they are confronted with their sales tactic's the lies just get bigger. They pray on women and first time buyers. STAY AWAY FROM THE MONTROSE GROUP !! We purchased our 2011 Kia Forte from this dealership. We have a Kia Sorento that we LOVE so we wanted to stick w/the Kia product and downsize from a Durango to the Forte. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FORTE!!!!! Ho have a Kia Sorento that we LOVE so we wanted to stick w/the Kia product and downsize from a Durango to the Forte. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FORTE!!!!! However, we never saw the person we were told to ask for upon arriving @ the dealership. Our salesman, Scott, did take great care of us. He was VERY friendly, helpful, answered all of our questions, etc. The financing piece is where it ALL fell apart. We do have some past credit issues, we were VERY upfront with all information with them. Relatively speaking actually, the financing wasn't that difficult, it's the shady things that were done by the Finance Manger Robyn Fleishman that were wrong! We were asked if we wanted an Extended Warranty. We declined. She gave it her all to talk us into it. We declined. As the dealership was closing, and there was a rush to get our papers signed and get us out of there, she started throwing papers in front of us to sign. We do accept accountability in not having thoroughly read our sales contract at the time. Upon reviewing the paperwork later when we got home, we noticed she did add the Extended Warranty at an extra $2000 charge. However--we found it interesting that our monthly payements still came out to the amount we were quoted at...I tried to call Robyn for 5 days. Left messages, was told at different times she was unavailable, busy, not there. I would call back later when I was told she was unavailable to be told she was off site for the day. Then it would be her day off the next time I called. No one really seemed to know her schedule. NEVER did she return ANY of my calls--I left voicemails w/my name and phone number! Demanded to speak to someone else in Finance at one point, told this man, Bob, my story. His reply was that he was sorry to hear it, but that Robyn was his boss and she would be in the next day!!!! THAT to me is VERY POOR customer service! The one message I did leave for Robyn, I specified what I wanted--I'm sure that's WHY I didn't hear back. She knew what she did and didn't want to deal w/me. So at this point, we have the Extended Warranty and NO information on what it is, how to use it, or what it entails! VERY DISGUSTED with her service in the Finance Dept. And SHE is the manager????? The clock in the car stopped working after about a month. I called another Kia dealership that was a little closer to home to see if warranty work could be done at any dealership. They advised it could. My husband took it in to be fixed. This other dealership stated there had been a recall on a part or something for this vehicle for the clock. Montrose Kia had noted in the system it was repaired. The other dealership stated they did not do it correctly. More
