Second Chance, Round Over! :) I want to 1st say Thank You to Matt Fowler & the Special Financing Department @ Montorse Kia! I originally purchased a 2015 Forte from Matt in mid Nov I want to 1st say Thank You to Matt Fowler & the Special Financing Department @ Montorse Kia! I originally purchased a 2015 Forte from Matt in mid Nov. 2014, at the end of January 2015 me & my son was struck on the front right side by a plow which caused the car to spin out & also get hit on the right back side (car was totaled out). Besides from bruises & few other things from the impact, the car held true to the crash test ratings & ultimately kept me & my son safe! Due to knowing the car & now experienced an accident, I repurchased the same year & model. I defiantly trusted this vehicle for my families safety. Montrose Kia made it possible in 3 months to re-purchase another brand new car because of someone's carelessness. Over all the 2015 Forte is a great car & holds up to its 4 star crash test ratings. What I have in issues I noticed afterwards. 1) Appears they have no respect for a customer's credit. - my credit rating went from 732 to 716 because there were 12 hard inquiries - appears they don't know their lenders 2) the biggest thing is this - they did not send the AGREED PAYOFF amount on the CONTRACT to my lien holder - they are first investors - I would have received a small refund from my lien holder - INSTEAD they renegotiated a payoff without notifying me - and kept the difference for themselves - I will be asking an attorney for advise to see if this is even LEGAL - appears very SUSPECT to me - the agreed amount was $9548.51 - they sent only $9426.09 - or $9426.09 + $53.56 = $9479.65 Well turns out this point (2) is not true at all. They did what they had to do and sent the correct pay off. I need to take this up w/ my lien holder on the trade-in. I did contact the lien holder and they received the agreed payoff and will refund any surplus. More

What a refreshing change from previous experiences in other dealerships! I have been buying and driving cars for fifty years and these are among the best dealer service experiences I have ever had. When I am ready to buy my next vehicle, I can guarantee I will be shopping at Montrose Kia or, if not looking for a Kia, at another Montrose dealership. The philosophy and attitude of a business emanates from the top down and this management group obviously has the customer first and foremost in mind. I have also never written a sonnet to a car dealership before, but I believe the people at Montrose ought to know what an excellent job they are doing on a consistent basis. More

I I was extremely pleased with my experience at Montrose KIA in Sheffield, Ohio. My saleswoman Olivia was so helpful and nice to my mother and myself. I thought I didn't have a chance getting a car but she made it happen for me and now I'm driving a newer reliable car and I feel safe transporting my 8 year old son! She also convinced me to test drive a KIA Soul, a car I wasn't the least bit interested in. Once I test drove it I found I loved it and ended up buying it. I cannot remember the gentleman's name that helped me in finance but he was also very nice and helpful. He was very explanatory and was able to get me extra perks and a lower case payment-kudos to him and Olivia! I would definitely recommend Montrose KIA to anyone that came to me looking for a place to buy a car. One more thing about Olivia-I had spoken to another salesman previously about trying to buy a car. Once I explained my circumstances to him he immediately dismissed me. Olivia helped me successfully buy a car even though my circumstances weren't ideal. I can't thank her enough for taking the time to work with me until she found a way to get me into a newer car! More

Great service, great staff. I went into montrose as a last resort. I had been to 4 other dealers and none were able to help me get out of my situation. As soon as i walked in Mat I went into montrose as a last resort. I had been to 4 other dealers and none were able to help me get out of my situation. As soon as i walked in Matt Fowler greeted me very nicely and friendly. I explained my situation to him and told him what i was trying to do so i could start my own my life. Matt and the staff did everything they could to get me into the vehicle i wanted and was my best option for my situation. I'm very happy with my first brand new car and I'd recommend anyone to go to montrose and see Matt. Great help and everyone at the dealership were very friendly. Thank you Matt. More
