He took his time with me. He made sure he answered every question that I had, he walked me through the service department so that I would know where to go when I needed to bring my car in for oil changes, car washes, ect. He sat in the car with me and went over every button, how to sync my phone and helped personalize my car for me. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone I know that is in need of a new car. More

First time Buyer Matt was very helpful! I had come in with my mother the day before and he got her a nice used car with very few miles on it. I was able to get a new Matt was very helpful! My decision to bring my vehicle to Montrose for service was ultimately a fantastic choice. I had multiple issues that needed immediate attention. John Pope is an amazing Service Advisor. He got my vehicle in quickly and was up front about all of the work it needed. When I made him aware that I could not afford to have all of the work done at once he advised what needed my immediate attention, what could wait, and what I should do down the road to maintain my vehicle. I have never dealt with such a professional in a service department. John was courteous, knowledgeable, and above all...he understood my situation. After my experience with Mr. Pope I am certain that Montrose has a gem on their hands. I will be having all of my vehicle work done with Mr. Pope and Montrose in the future. More
