LOVE MY JEEP! But Service sucks! Had great experience purchasing my Jeep but three days later had a problem with it and when I called keep getting the run around. I will purchase my next vehicle from a Jeep dealership since that's seems to be where I'll get proper service. John in service told me, "you should take it to Sliman's, that what we'll have to do." Gus, manager, sent nice, pre written email saying "Welcome to the family... let me know if there's anything we can do..." He didn't even bother to respond to my email! More

Bait and Switch Purchased a new 2016 Kia Soul. When I went to check prices on Thursday salesman advised the price of vehicle was 15700.00 When my wife and I returned Purchased a new 2016 Kia Soul. When I went to check prices on Thursday salesman advised the price of vehicle was 15700.00 When my wife and I returned to the dealers hip Saturday the price that he now had was 16800. Explanation was 15700 was the price after discounts (vet,student etc. none of which I qualified for.) I was not aware of this and was basically lied to on the price. Do not go to this dealership unless you enjoy being screwed.( Not in the good way.) More
